Templates & Tools for Blogger

Saw this while surfing around the internet look for blogger tools...

It is very useful for those people who want to have different look of their blog....but not using the original templates provided by blogger.com.........and also for those who don't know or don't want to change the html code just to make it look different with other... too late for me......
